Hi all! ..i read something about positive psychology today, find it useful so decided to share it. According to its research on How to be happy.. i believe this is something we always ask ourselves , human are always looking for more.. thats our nature.
ya.. so just spend 5 mins of ur everyday doing this. research shows that after a 6 mths period, happiness in participants increased at least 3 points or more in a 10 point scale. and it does not decrease after the stuffs is over.. so its a long term thing
think of a person that is extremely good to you but you never thank him/her properly, write him/her a letter to show your grattitute.
every night , think about 3 good things that happen to you on that day every night, write down one of the moment you feel best that day.keep a daily diary and write down all the events that happen.TRY IT MAN MY FRIENDS... results shows a happier person , record good night sleep and also lesser depression .
Positive thinking makes us happier!.. haha.. and also cherish the things we already got.
